Bare your Summer Skin

My skin is a typical combination of dry patches with an oily T section often prone to outbreaks around ‘that time’ of the month. This means that I rarely want a thick and heavy moisturising cream as it can make my skin feel over saturated and greasy. This is even more the case during the summer months when hot city weather makes my face look like its leaking foundation minutes after application!

A great light weight cream that suits my skin perfectly is Pai’s Geranium and Thistle Combination Skin Cream. The geranium flower has a calming effect on skin and helps to even out mismatched complexions like mine which means no need for cover up!

Also, thistle is one of beauty’s secret ingredients; bursting with skin’s best friend omega 6 and great for minimising large pores.

Summers most Seductive Serum

Summer skin is all about looking dewy, minimal, bronzed and radiant but this is no mean feat with holiday sun spots and erratic weather leaving skin looking tired and thirsty.

Luxury French brand Patyka is organic beauty at its best and boasts a gorgeous range of certified organic beauty products for bath to body.

Their organic Elixir Nuit Reparateur Serum combines some of the rarest essential oils including Neroli, Jatamansi, Cistus, and Palmarosa for a powerful rejuvenating effect. In the summer heat this wonder product is what skin screams for to tackle tired and lifeless complexions.

Get Glowing

At times using a multitude of products in your beauty routine can be bliss. Without the burden of time you can fully immerse yourself in a luxurious routine full of bath elixirs and exfoliating masks, but for those with busy schedules and frazzled mums, time is often too precious for self indulgence.

This is when we need those top secret beauty tricks and one which I have up my sleeve is Perfect Organics Body Glow. This heavenly product is a deep moisturising treatment which you can use on your face, body AND hair!!! Just slather up and rinse off, giving you that same indulgent buzz from a five minute stint in the bathroom.
